    What? FTP does not connect to Nintendo servers, it's just between your 3DS, your router, and your PC. I've been using FTP for months, I haven't been banned. Maybe you are being too paranoid?

    Sorry to break it to you but you but the last public seed lasted 3 months. The fact that you have not been banned in a month means nothing. Public seeds are already going to be banned eventually, and as of yet, there is no risk of using them. Disagree? Prove me otherwise.

    Your NNID isn't banned, so no, you can keep the same account on the Switch. Hell, you could unban your 3DS or buy another 3DS and transfer your NNID into it.
