    For me its simple. If its not a hard task then try to change team aswell. If its too hard,takes hell lot of a time or You guys are not sure how to do it correctly then leave names as they are.

    Gaming Trading in Pokemon Black/White?

    If i remember correctly there was a trick to evolving pokemons via wi-fi trade. You "upload" ur pokemon to the centre and then take it back and IF i remember correctly it then started to evolve. Depends on the type of pokemon game tho (worked in platinum) so maybe it will work in white/black too.

    Due to Inazuma Eleven beign localized i started to watch anime and hell...after 4 days im at 5x episodes,its so damn addictive. This anime is really masterpiece,even tho at the begining it looks "dumb" and weird for any casual person.

    You could try to import it from EU. Thats what i did for Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor (it never appeared here). Or yeah..translation by fans is a way to go too...hell if i could play IE 2 and IE 3 in english i would even donate some money to the guys working on this.

    Even tho i live in Europe its pretty hard to get an original copy of the game here...but i will try my best to find and buy it just to support the idea of translating such games and publishing them outside japan. I hope many other players think the same way as me and that this game will sell well.

    I just registered on forums to say thank You for such project and that i support it with all my heart,cant wait for results. Im pretty dissapointed that Captain Tsubasa New kick off didnt get released in english...i hope someone like You guys will also try to translate the thing in future:
