    That sucks, I got it from an Official dealer too. I take it the only issue I'll have is that firmware won't update, otherwise it'll work fine?

    I'm having a similar problem to the OP, I ran the DSL version and pressing B didn't work. I ran the DSI version and it says update canceled as soon as I run it. HW: 81. I have no idea if this is a fake or not since I bought it years ago but I had no issue updating it to the Alex Rider...
