    Good call IE let me download it immediately, but Chrome couldn't find it (Probably because of a few popup blockers I have.) I see in the .zip file that the files have the same names, but are different file sizes etc. I will try this when I can get my friend to loan me their DS Lite again. tomorrow

    I followed these directions using a friends DS lite. When I launched the game cartridge, it froze on the loading screen "R4i 3DS Loading"

    Yes that's it exactly. Here's a imgur link when I load up I get an error message on the touchscreen that says "An error has occured. Press and hold the POWER Button to turn the system off. Please refer to the operations manual for details."

    Yeah, that's the wood I have, my mistake. I think I have also read what you are talking about, but I can't really find a "guide" to do it. Also, it would be helpful if I could find a few screenshots of what my folder should look like when I have the Kernel installed initially
