    Homebrew [Release] TWLSaveTool v1.0

Nope. Nopely nope. It's called TWL Save Tool, sooooo no. It's still very great in that you can back up and restore your original DS cartridge saves.

Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

Nah, that was someone downgrading, much riskier proposition (especially with incomplete programs) than this. look at me pretending to have the high ground, tbf it is less risky, you're not playing with basically every sensitive file ever on the system memory, maybe just one in this case

Nope, only system apps. I have a mega badge that links to eShop though, it works just fine.

Probably not, it's a limit of the badge system itself. It's a pretty okay limit, I can't see myself actively needing anything close to that amount.

Homebrew Nintendo Badge Arcade Hacking - Full Documentation and Progress

Did what, the badge data merge? If that's what you did, the donor februarysn0w's data is from a Japanese system, and all of those shortcuts attempt to point to Japanese system app IDs, but won't work on foreign region systems, so they just act like typical badges. You could manually go through...

Homebrew [Release] GYTB: Custom badges made really, really, simple.

Folders as in actual HOME Menu folders? You just pin badges onto an actual pre-existing folder, press the top right option button in your badge box, then "attach badge to folder" However, you'd need 9.6.0+ to do so, pinning badges to folders wasn't introduced until that firmware.

    Nope. Just system titles.

Yeah, occasionally there's little blank spaces where there's no badge there. A little odd but okay.

Homebrew [Release] GYTB: Custom badges made really, really, simple.

There are default badges that can launch system apps (nothing else, just system stuff, sorry), this is just using that functionality. But to make a launcher badge, just add a title ID to the end of a badge image (Lenny.00021700.png for example). You can refer to this 3dbrew wiki page for the ID...

And I just got done manually splitting a bunch of badges! Not fair! Great update and great tool in general. Now to manually restitch those badges... EDIT: Done, time to release updated Neverhood and Undertale sets, and finish up my new Iji and Grab Bag sets. It'd be nice if the megas were...

Because that's how the default launcher badges work. They only point to system apps and can't actually launch any others. It'd be nice if they at least made a launcher badge type that launches whatever's in the cartridge slot though.

    Tutorial Merging badge data!

Even if you wrote a BadgeMngFile.dat straight-up from someone else, it'd just give you a slap on the wrist and revert the data the moment you started up Badge Arcade. With this, it wouldn't be any the wiser, even if you played for some badges. It'd just overwrite any relevant badge slots if you...

Homebrew [TUTORIAL] Full Guide to 3DS HOME Menu Badge Customization

Agh, nice, it's 32-bit. Scratch what I said about not having to worry. I'm fine since paint.net can save images specifically as 24-bit (not to mention downscale way better than that).
