    Hmm well I think to answer your question, the easiest way is to just use the 3ds to cia download except open "decrypt and make.bat" & replace all occurrences of "cia" with "cci". Then just do everything like normal & it will generate a cci (3ds file) instead of cia file.

    After running the nandscan script & generating NCCH files as a result, what do you do with them? How do you convert them to 3ds files or cia files? Could someone direct me to this information or explain what steps follow
