Hardware Old 3DS XL only works when plugged in. Is there anyway to fix it?
I'm not sure why. I also had a similar problem with an old 3DS of mine. It would never work unless plugged in. I fixed it whenever I swapped out the battery with another one from my other 3DS, and it started working. My other 3DS still worked fine. Maybe try that if you have another 3DS? I...- TyroneYoYo

Can the New Nintendo 3DS emulate the Dreamcast?

@SylverReZ, in my experience, I wouldn't say I am an audiophile because to me MP3s seem fine, frequency cut off but good enough lol although in my laundry list of freak gifts... Is the ability to hear frequencies beyond what anyone else I have ever met... I max out hearing tests with shocked looks from the Drs, sad part is I can hear frequencies much higher.+1

@Psionic Roshambo, As somebody who has listened to music over everything, I prefer some good quality headphones that can output the sharpest audio. I listen to my music mostly with WAVE or FLAC files, with MP3s I can tell the difference straight away by the compression artifacts.+1 -

@Psionic Roshambo, MP3s were designed to be as small as possible, so that they can be shared on the internet. WAVE files were more bigger in size and would take hours to upload back in the day.
