    It was never actually stated when it would be released it was only a guess at maybe it would release and that was if there were no issues. things have to be re-coded and worked on so that it's stable and usable. it will come when its ready until then forget about it.

    More heat = More fan speed More Fanspeed = less heat They are testing for a reason to make sure they don't go too high. They won't release overclocking if it will melt your switch lol Maybe a new dev that doesn't know what they are doing. But we have professionals on the job

    the cpu is underclocked for battery consumption not heat soo the only issue is less battery power

    Soo far in the devs testing the temps have not really changed with overclocking the fan speeds compensate the difference

    No one is forcing you to use any of it :P. modifying your switch in anyway is risky in general.

    its not hard and if yours is getting hot that means it wasn't properly put on in the manufacturing process might want to send it back to them soo that they can try and do a better job lol

    people seem to forget that the switch is underclocked and the overclocking is actually just removing the underclock and that is stable. Its not gonna blow up your switch.
