    I'VE FIGURED OUT THE WIFI ISSUE. Turns out, I just needed to move the hard drive to a different spot. It was placed on top of the console, then I placed it on the table, then it connected to the internet. LMAO. This has been by far the silliest fix to a tech issue I've encountered.

    question, our wifi has both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz bands, I've been connecting it to the 2.4Ghz band. Is it because it has a 5Ghz band, causing it to not connect?
