    Thanks for the reply xtheman166. Yes, I'm using tubehax and NNUpatcher to access the eshop. But the eshop downloads wont start till the "system update" download succeeds. As I'm already at 5.5.1, is it safe to temporally remove tubehax dns and apply the update so it can continue with the eshop...
