    I believe Pokemon uses newer encription, so it will only work if you have a gateway card and set up emunand.

    Luckily the new breeding system takes out most of the IV and Nature problems, the shiny chance is increased a lot using the Masuda Method and a shiny sharm. It will still take time, but tons less.

    Pokebank is online as far as I know, so all your pokemon should be the same no matter from where you connect to it :) I am wondering about the second point though? will I still be able to play my retail cartridge on the new update without losing any saved data?

    All right, after further testing it turns out that my AC personal id doesnt work on Pokemon X. Is it because of the rom size? I thought that was only the chip id, which could be changed?
