    The OP was asking about the transfer, not about a super hacked save. Two different topics not to be mixed. Nintendo doesn´t ban for hacked saves, unless the game has an online component. I transferred many saves from Switch 1 EmuNAND to Switch 2, but only games with no online part.

    Did you test that? Because all I can find is that the ACNH Island transfer tool doesn´t require an internet connection or Nintendo Account login, just local WIFI. So it should be possible to transfer from banned/emunand/what ever to the Switch 2.

    Banned will always only be the console where the piracy happens. Also Switches don´t get banned for being simply hacked, but for piracy. So when a unhacked Switch and a hacked Switch play locally and the hacked Switch uses pirated games, only the hacked Switch is at risk.

    Personally I prefer the faster loading times of digital. I also don’t play all my games all the time, so when I run out of space I just delete what I already finished. Not being able to resell is a negative though.

    If you want to buy the games cheap, then buy them digitally from Amazon Japan. It’s cheaper than used.
