    Ocasionally it stops saying the downloaded amount is not the correct amount. Any way to make it restart when that happens, or if there's a way to stop that?

    You have to allow hactool_linux to be ran as a application. Depending on which file browser you use, right click it, go to properties, permissions, and check the box that says allow to be run as program or somewhere along those lines.

    I am currently experiencing the same problem, but i never used or had the ftp module on my switch. Restoring backups, installing the game as an .nsp both dont work for trying to get my save to work.
