    somehow there is problem with firmware. initially flashed 2.72, but after post tried to flash 2.67, instaboot! Problem solved.

    Two long debug pulses. CLK is connected properly. What could be a problem? How do i check if mosfets connected? P.S. Yeah, i know, it's messy. But everything connected properly.
