    Download tegra explorer and send as a payload to the switch. Format the card through there, add everything back, and then boot using hekate.

    Update: Thanks to @The Real Jdbye for providing the solution. Card was formatted with tegra explorer. Stock Atmosphere launched with hekate in emuMMC. Titles were all placed onto the SD card before being installed by Awoo. Out of a sample size of 50 titles, all of which were NSZ files...

    Hacking Suggestion For those who also have trouble with homebrew (atmosphere 2168-0002 error)

    I was not able to do a title override, it just launched the app as normal no matter what. I ended up completely stripping the sd card completely, and putting vanilla atmosphere on there instead of kosmos and haven't had issues since.

    I just bought a second switch (lite) and a play history of pirated games just showed up. I did not have that switch connected to internet, I used 90dns, and I had play activity turned off. Is there a way to fix this?
