    Homebrew SSB4 not loading after 3DS splash screen

    I'm on Luma v9.1, system firmware 11.9.0-42U, and latest B9S (1.3?). Game patching is not enabled. Just updated from 11.8 to 11.9. I have no plugins for the game. Recently, I have not been able to play SSB4 on my New 2DS XL. I can launch the game from the cart and .cia, but after the 3DS splash...
