    Sega had Hall Effect in their Dreamcast controllers. My Dreamcast controllers still don't have drift. I just fired mine up last week.

    Why do that when my original Switch is hacked? Also I could emulate the switch with my own files, all my games, and treat it like the Switch Pro+++.

    If Nintendo fixed stick drift, you wouldn't buy a new controller, would you? IFixit says Switch 2 controllers are largely unchanged from the Switch 1 controllers. All of my LOL their grandstanding about how the Switch 2 controllers were "completely redesigned".

    Yeah see the only problem with that is I haven't found any decent games to play on the Switch 2 so mine remains on launch firmware (+ SD Express).

    Just use one of the newer Chinese controllers. The Switch Pro controller is the worst modern controller, being outpaced by the PS4/PS5 and Xbox controllers.
