    Actually that happened to me when I used to plug my nunchuks. But a few days ago before buying the classic constroller I opened the wiimote and cleaned the motherboard and the port with isoprophyl alcohol and stopped happening. So the controller is not dirty. The wiimote just hates homebrew...
