    Yes I’ve done a backup! I do recall this did start happening when I installed universal updater and updated luma I do agree with you though, if it’s still persisting SURELY it’s hardware related right? but I’m like honestly baffled as to how this is still happening even without the button...

    I would like to say that I am at my wits end with my lovingly used 3ds XL but honestly I digress. Here’s what I tried so far - removed the contact film thing that the select button has on the motherboard, cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol (100%), and reattached it. I saw no dust or spec that...
