Everything you see in English was either taken from The Geofront's localization or is original to this specific patch. (Stuff like Kai-specific system text, etc)
I don't know for certain what's possible and what's not on any CFW other than Atmosphere. If it can take advantage of romfs file manipulation, it should work just fine.
