Hacking Post the model of HDD's you've used with Dios-Mios

I'm happy to confirm that this does work! I got this model refurbished, and it has handled everything I've thrown at it so far in a few hours of testing.

Hacking Post the model of HDD's you've used with Dios-Mios

PNY Attaché 2 64 GB P-FD64GTBAT2-GE Thumb Drive NOT working with DIOS MIOS Got this because I have an older 4GB PNY USB 2.0 drive that works wonderfully. Maybe that's the difference between the Attache and Attache 2. It can get to DIOS MIOS screen, and sometimes it can get all the way to the...

Hacking Post the model of HDD's you've used with Dios-Mios

Seagate 1TB Backup Plus Slim STDR1000100 4.47"(L) x 2.99"(W) x 0.48"(D) (very small and sleek) NOT working with DIOS MIOS Wii games are fine, though. USB 3.0 - I thought the transfer rate was very fast. A good drive, too bad it's not compatible.

Tutorial How to play GameCube games off a USB HDD.

I'm having problems playing games from my Seagate Backup Plus portable HDD. I've read on here that Seagates have issues with DIOS MIOS. Is there something I can try to fix it rather than returning it? I can play Gamecube games on my flash drive, and I can play Wii games on the Seagate. Just...

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

Where can I find some good coverflows? Does WiiFlow only come with one by default? I'm OK with the default theme, but I would like a different cover flow, and I don't want to make it manually.

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

That did it. Thank you so much. I'm on my way to having the coolest Melee setup. I used the program from the thread, but I will download WIT in case I need it in the future. For anyone else attempting this, be sure to leave the game's System ID and region ID intact. Changing "GALE01" to...

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

I don't think that's sufficient. I tried that with two versions and I could not distinguish between the two in WiiFlow. Also, I couldn't play either. The issue as far as I know is it identifies games by their ID, and the three versions all have the same ID.

    Hacking QUICK/NEWBIE QUESTIONS here!

I asked this in the WiiFlow thread, but perhaps this is better. Is it possible to have multiple versions of the same game in either cfg or WiiFlow? I intend to have multiple versions of SSBM. There are three revisions of NTSC, commonly referred to as 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. I also intend to have...

Is it possible to distinguish between multiple versions of the same game in WiiFlow? I intend to have multiple versions of SSBM. There are three revisions of NTSC, commonly referred to as 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. I also intend to have PAL, a modded version called SD remix, and maybe separate...

Tutorial How to play GameCube games off a USB HDD.

Thanks for this guide! It's still good in 2014. I had tried for hours to get Gamecube working on my black Wii, and this was the first version that worked, and on the first try. I'm looking forward to making a sick setup.
