Smash 4 Masterpieces how do I rip the files like the roms?

@PDave92's guide does a good job in explaining everything, just read it carefully. Hxd can be overwhelming, but most of its features won't be needed for this so don't worry too much. About copying and pasting I'm assuming you mean the part where you cut and paste the bytes from the pcm audio, if...

Homebrew Emulator Flycast Standalone for Nintendo Switch

I'm using a forwarder and works without issue.

Homebrew Emulator Flycast Standalone for Nintendo Switch

There's a setting called transparent sorting, and you can pick between three options: per triangle, per strip and per pixel. Per pixel is the most accurate, and if you select it in the standalone Flycast, an additional setting will appear, letting you change the amount of maximum layers, which...

Emulation Emulator Dolphin - GC/Wii Emulator - Switch Port

For some games you can save a lot of space, which is especially useful now that storage is so insanely expensive. For example the Switch port of Ikaruga is around 400mb, whereas the Dreamcast version is like 26mb, maybe the Switch version has upscaled textures or some other benefit, but from my...

What to do with loads of mozzarella?

The human stomach can hold roughly 1.4 kilograms, it shouldn't be a problem to eat it in one sitting, it's not the healthiest thing to do but it should be fine every once in a while.

What to do with loads of mozzarella?

You beat me to it, I was about to suggest this one too, but my version is much simpler, I just slap a bunch of cheese and pepperoni to the tortilla and heat it up until the cheese melts.

Homebrew Homebrew game Ultimate Switch Port Thread

Do I need to do any extra steps to get this working? I copied the nro as well as the game files from the PC version, but it just crashes.

Emulation Emulator NetherSX2 - Switch Port

To my knowledge chd should be safe to use on PS2 isos. I've converted my games from iso to chd, and then from chd back to iso using the createdvd command, and the checksum matches the initial iso, which would mean the file has not been modified, although according to this site it might not be...

Emulation Emulator Dolphin - GC/Wii Emulator - Switch Port

For me tico runs very slightly worse, but it's always good to have more options.

Emulation Homebrew tico — GameCube, Wii, PSP, and 3DS on Switch (HOS)

I couldn't get tico to play any wads, I haven't tested Castlevania specifically, but I got a couple wads working with Dolphin.

Emulation Emulator Dolphin - GC/Wii Emulator - Switch Port

Yeah, in some cases not even overclock can manage to reach the game's default framerate, for example Mega Man 9 can't reach 30 fps even when overclocked to the max, others like Melee fluctuate and can reach 60 fps for brief moments when you select one of the simpler stages. The performance...

Preliminary list of updated homebrew apps and tools for FW 21.0.0 | AMS 1.10.0 | Please add your findings!!!

I double checked the file paths, did a fresh reinstall and the issue persists. the Steam videos are in .ogv, I tried the ones from the android version which are in .mp4, but those don't play at all. For now I just deleted the videos folder as a temporary workaround.

Preliminary list of updated homebrew apps and tools for FW 21.0.0 | AMS 1.10.0 | Please add your findings!!!

Sonic CD crashes after watching the intro video, however the game will still create a save file, so next time you open the game you can just select the save, the video won't play this time so you can play without issues.

Hacking How do I downgrade a game's FW requirement?

How's the system's speed? I updated last year and the system became extremely sluggish, homebrew apps became slower, and games took 3 to 5 times longer to load. For example, for Super Smash Bros. with mods it went from around 2 minutes to more than 7 minutes, but even for the smallest unmodified...
