    For Radeons specifically I've seen a few reports about using an older driver to fix the biggest issues (15.9.x I think it was). Though depending on the game, some graphical glitches can be bypassed/fixed with graphic packs.

If you're using an AMD or Intel GPU it's definitely much slower than with a Nvidia GPU on Cemu, but even then, a 4700MQ is a laptop CPU and is running most likely at its rated 2.4GHz on Cemu (as it's using more than one thread). It seems to me there's some kind of dof or filtering applied to the scene, blurring them independently of the shadowmaps size. I guess it needs a specific format limitation or exclusion...
