    Install the Custom IOS36 rev7. Fixed the problem for me, I was still using an old version. You might have to get rid of the old IOS249 before installing.

    Downgraded my Wii to 3.2U today, so that I could install Starfall. Still no luck getting this game to run and now my configuration matches the Wii of a friend of mine and the game runs perfectly for him. What the heck!

    See I would originally think that my menu version is the problem, but I have seen some people with 3.2 that couldn't run the game either. I would downgrade, but that clearly didn't work for the first poster. This isn't making much sense.
