    It failed for me too. Luckily I had an older copy of the modify.zip and was able to follow the old instructions thanks to a fellow GBA'er and it worked like I champ. For what its worth, the new instructions do not follow the screen prompts with the TBR. Other then that issue, still the best...

    Was 3.2u forever then finally updated to 4.2 and downgraded to 4.1. I really don't understand the difference between the two but I thought I read somewhere that 4.2 deletes some homebrew stuff everytime.

    Hacking Can't Get Pal Band Hero to play on NTSC wii

    Config USB was the only way I could get it working since I was unable to on GX. Use the mload (after installing the Hermes) and you will be good to go. Lots of posts on how to install the Hermes so do a seach.
