Brasil FTW! Finalmente um país que proteja o consumidor. To be fair i think this type of case would always be in favor of the consumer here in the EU. AFAIK this type of case never reached a court in the EU.

By that logic, a payload isn't an exploit, nor is a modded warfare video talking about backports, or a homebrew application that changes your avatar, right ? If this thread were about the state of exploits, it almost certainly wouldn't be 1018...
