    no, it acts normal its just sometimes it doesn't turn on for some reason Edit: It *might* be the battery i took it down power cycled it and put it back in and it turned on

    So sometimes my new 3ds xl won't turn on, one day it works and sometimes it just gives up, it charges and everything but this is getting too damn annoying. If someone could help me I would be appreciated. (pic showing it works or sometimes it doesn't....)
