Hardware My New 3ds XL sometimes won't turn on

So sometimes my new 3ds xl won't turn on, one day it works and sometimes it just gives up, it charges and everything but this is getting too damn annoying.
If someone could help me I would be appreciated.

no, it acts normal its just sometimes it doesn't turn on for some reason

Edit: It *might* be the battery i took it down power cycled it and put it back in and it turned on

Might want to try another OEM 3ds xl battery if you can find one seperately or buy a unit that is listed under for part, and just get the battery and sell the unit.

To be more specific, you're having issues just with turning on the system? And you don't see any random errors/freezes/crashes etc. when you're using it?

im having isues with just turning on or off
