    OK. Thanks. I can dis-regard the blue card then. What files will I need to do the update on the red card? Also, looking at the info on the gateway site it doesnt say anything about support for 11.2. It mentions 11.1. Could this be the problem? I am rather flummuxed by this.

    Thanks. I had seen that guide. Do I take it therefore that I need to get back to 9.2 or 10.7 sysnand instead of the 11.2 which I am currently on. I had read that GW works up to 11.2 but I am thinking now I must have had that wrong and that is the GW emunand FW that it will work with.
