    I got a .cia of the DLC but thru CIAngel but it still won't let me install the DLC saying 'cert or hash failure' (or something of the sort) could the issue when i access the eShop in-game that im playing the game from Cartridge form and not the downloaded form?

    Using a 3DS that has been hacked using Plailect's A9LH/OTP hacking guide, is it safe to update to 11.1? I read thru the patch notes seeing they patched ALOT of entry points, was thinking they 100% disabled JavaScript on the 3DS seeing as how thats what started the hacking of 3DS systems
