    First, you didn't need to make a separate thread for this, you could have asked in the ReiNand thread. Secondly, did you put the new firmware.bin in your SD card when you used ReiNand 3.1? (If you updated from 3.0 to 3.1)

    So is this safe to run online? I downgraded and installed CFW to my N3DS, though I am very hesitant to try any games online (including these legit CIAs) just in case of a NNID or hardware ban

    Yup, exactly what I did, other than that, ALL GOOD! (After 3 days of trying to get it right)
