    If the patches for those games don't work (or Hex editing for KH: Days) then there's not much hope here. Check for updated firmware for your card. And if you mean European version of the game, then you might be in a bit of trouble because alot of the efforts been towards fixing the US versions.

    I'm past there (using an R4 card) with the hex editor. My ideas are (from my very limited knowledge set); 1) The rom itself is not complete. Doesn't make sense, but could be it. 2) Formatting problem for the DS linker works against you. 3) Rom trimming or the patch damaged the code.

    ROM Hack Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - Synthesize Screen Exit Freeze ?

    My first instinct is that the IPS patch failed to actually patch all the anti-piracy locks. A better plan is to use a hex editor for a fix. I did it and have played successfully for close to 20 hours.

    All you need is to hex edit the one value and make sure you copy the edited version of the game to your card. Most problems I've seen (and had) with KH 358/2 days is not getting the edited version onto my card (which will give you screens of death).
