So after testing some more on another hard drive the problem persists. I got one game to work (Digimon World 4) and yeah it seems to work fine but none of the other ISO's do. Like I have Mario Kart Double Dash works fine and Mortal Kombat Deception, the Sims Bustin OUt and others don't.
Just downloaded and checked right this minute but as far as I can see every single ISO is good as downloaded. They just don't work on Nintendon't like the older ones do. It's extremely confusing.
