It's probably better to just accept that a ban is possible if your console is connecting to Nintendo servers with any of these mods present. Then not getting banned can be a pleasant surprise!

    Figured I would mention that I set up Hekate to autoboot the ReiNX sysmodules along with FTPD and it works great. This way I can upload NSPs straight to the Switch without having to reboot or launch FTPD manually. Extremely handy and everything resumes from sleep mode without a hitch. Feels nice...

    This is a shot in the dark but try booting it without your SD card in and see if you at least get a "failed to init SD card" message, that might help determine if it's on the SD side or firmware side.
