    wouldnt the earlier save also not work if there was something different between my switch and ryujinx? it loads into the menu where it says press a to start and the second i do i get the "The software was closed because an error occured" message.

    no im not. Also i loaded one backup i had from like 10 hours ago and it worked fine so the problem is with the save. its just confusing as to how it works on ryujin but not the switch. Would the new firmware coming out today affect it?
