    i just put my small sdhc card into another r4i cartridge and it worked. Both the r4i cartrdiges were from the same internet website and i downloaded the firmware from the website it said on the box they came in. i looked at the back of the r4i cards and one has r41-sdhc 7(one that isnt working)...

    it has nothing on the screen(just blank white screen) when i insert the r4i cartridge into the ds lite. Posts merged yes my cartridge does have the yellow 1.4 mark on it.

    yes i have unzipped and put correct file onto root of r4i card

    i have downloaded and loaded the firmware onto the r4 card and when i put it into the dsi its says'error has occured'. I then put it into a normal ds to update the software but the ds recognises the r4 card is in the slot but has a blank screen where the games should be. any ideas what im doing...

    i tried it in a friends ds and a friends dsi and its not reading it either. I took all the files off the r4i , formatted it and put them back on again and still is not reading it for some reason.

    all u need to do is put your cartridge with the small chip in it into a ds lite and it will update the software and then put the r4i back into the dsi and it will work perfect!!!

    I got my r4i card working yesterday and it was workig fine all day and all night but when i put in my r4i card toda it says' no card is inserted'??? I have tried putting a piece of card behind the r4i cartridge but it still says the same thing...any ideas??

    i cant find it anywhere...ive searched everywhere....i really wanted to play the games on my dsi tonight.... really is there nothing i cant do to fix this without a dslite...i cant even borrow one!!!all my neighbours are old!!!

    ok firstly i am very sorry i posted the question twice, i tried to post in the correct forum to help me.. at the moment i cant find my old dslite, thats why i bought a dsi recently,, is there another way around this to fix it without using the dslite?

    hi i downloaded ultrai_update.nds, put it on my microsd and put it into my dsi and now the dsi just says 'error has occured' what do i do now?
