    Have you double checked just in case to make sure you connected the right pins to the correct places? Can you test with another SD card reader?

    Try 11.0 first, if that doesn't work try 10.7 or 10.4.

    Try 11.0 see if it works, but I think the QR code output is the same as 10.7 tbh, Also try OOT3DHAX installer if you can.

    Can you try to run the OOT3DHAX installer from the HBL? I believe it is included in the starter kit. Edit: Olmectron has a good suggestion as well. NinjaHAX works well too!

    Have you tried another entrypoint? I used OOT3DHAX on my 11.0J N3DS and was able to downgrade on the first try. If you can try another entrypoint if possible it might help.

    I believe he mentioned he was on 8.1 or something. Best bet for him would be to update to 9.2 and then do as you say.
