few more question i can still homebrew with Installing boot9strap with hardmod right or am i wrong on the Installing boot9strap page Windows users can use the compiled .exe, while Mac and Linux users will need to have Python 3 installed to run the .py what does that .exe i have widows- sub2001zero

Hardware need some info on downgrading 3ds
I now how to hardmod a old 3ds xl and use win32 disk imager and save nand. Here is my question I am on 11.5.0 and I want to downgrade so how do i do that I know you need a patch to do it but i don't know where to get it- sub2001zero

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1

An FPGA could probably replicate the chip's functionality without buying donor parts.+1

Like not emulating the entire SNES but just a loader and the enhancement chips perhaps even slightly overclocked like FX-2
