    Lol what are you talking about "unupdate"? There's no way to downgrade the switch yet and there won't be until it is hacked more and they find a way to disable the efuses. Even after that it will only be possible to downgrade to firmwares that haven't blown efuses.

    Don't you have to actively copyright something for it to be under copyright protection? That's why there have been products in the past that the companies didn't copyright and then another company came in and made the same thing and filed the copyright for it and now they basically own it.

    I don't think it works that way. They aren't just plugged into sockets like you'd find in your car. I'm pretty sure they're soldered onto the circuit board.

    But but... Shield tablet has half life 2 and switch doesn't. I like the switch but if it had half life 2 I'd have no life. auto So how long do we have to stay on 3.0? Half a year? A year? Hopefully this means something good will be releasing soon.
