    So from a balancing point of view: Pikachu is waaay overpowered. It learns thunderbolt before discharge which is a bit weird and given its special attack stat, allows it to pretty much destroy anything. Also, it learning iron tail so early pretty much just makes it far too strong far too...

    Yes it has: the creator took a break to work on the 802 rom thing which seems to have taken some time. Now that is done, the game should start moving foward again.
