    Coldbird is replaced by https://www.black-seraph.com/ now (Coldbird's domain name was revoked somehow). Should work fine, just be warned that the webpage itself has no games list like before.

    Could also just be that it's a reasonably popular collection on its own, or that copies of it have grown a bit rare as time goes on?

    PCSX2, most PSX emus, and basically anything but Dolphin and PPSSPP are this way too. Unless you're coming from either of those, I'm not sure what the issue is.
