Update! I figured out the issue. I had a plugin I was able to access within hb menu called 'idnmitm cfg'. Apparently this is used to enable Lan for things like xlink. Disabling this plugin returned normal local play function to my switch. Thanks to everyone who tried to help. Hope this helps...
I thought this too. But confirmed I am on the same current versions of both games I tested. It really seems like the switch with atmosphere on it refuses to communicate locally for some reason.
Thanks for the reply! Then perhaps the ban isn't the issue? I have tried countless different setting and configurations, but the switch in question refuses to go into local mode. I am at a loss, honestly.
Hello, all. My switch was recently banned. Before this, I was able to communicate locally with a 2nd switch. I have noticed since my ban that I am no longer able to. (The banned switch never gets the little 'L' to signify that it is communicating locally). A few Google searches have told me that...
Ive researched a ton and have found no solutions. Only things relating to other ports of mupen, but not exactly the switch version. I guess this is impossible at the moment.

is there a guide anywhere to get this working? In Google, there is some stuff about enabling certain things in the cfg file. But I can see those settings in the native core menu, and they seem to be configured correctly.
Specifically, I am attempting to use this function on a gotta catch em all...
Thanks for the reply. I've tried these things. My micro SD is sandisk. And I dont use emunand. The switch doesn't respond at all even after holding the power button. I've noticed that connecting it to the PC via USB-c also doesn't prompt any response. My PC doesn't even notice the switch...
Recently used sdsetup website to switch from reinx to atmosphere. Everything worked well. I then used choi to update to 10,0. After the reboot, the system no longer responds at all. No RCM. Nothing at all.
Initially, I was formated to exfat and made the mistake of updating to non exfat. So I...
and before anyone asks who that robot is, it's actually from an episode of the donkey kong cartoon, where dk ends up accidentally switching bodies with it, and there's a banger song in that episode that you may have heard before in a thread
