    Solved: i used this tool https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds-snes-save-converter.574927/ If the buttons to create/load a savestate in the VC menu after restoring the savefile with checkpoint aren't visible, press START + X + R while being in the VC menu.

    This won't work as the "an error occured" message is from the DSi firmware, whereas the issue you're referring to (timebomb) is a soft lock implemented in the R4 kernel. So the only alternatives are to apply CFW + install unlaunch or get a newer flashcart.

    Yes, it's the official version, I thought i was clear enough. I'll try in a short time. 1738006309 Just checked. The last file is the save from the emulator, the only one that comes close in size is the .ves file

    Affirmative answer for all of your questions. The closest thing i found that looked like a save converter was made on purpose for pokemon G/S/C. I'm aware of the 3DS version of SNES9x; it was the one i was using before upgrading to the New3dsXL. I'm curious if it's possible to use the VC title...
