    There is a Mac OS X build of extractpartition here - Mac OS X Extractpartition (Intel) Use it the same as the Linux binary - extractpartition input.iso output.iso. Then burn the output ISO using DiskUtility, click the Burn icon and select the ISO file.

    I've built the extractpartition app on Mac OS X, followed the instructions for setting up the keys then patched the same ISO with extractpartition and backup-creator, did an md5sum on both patched ISOs and they both have the same checksum, it looks like it's working. Just got to see if it's...
