    Well crap lol. I've unbanned it to where I can play online and stuff but I couldn't buy anything if I wanted (which is weird if you ask me lol)

    So if I bought a New 3DS, would Nintendo transfer my NNID from my banned one or am I wasting my time?

    That sucks but I expected that. Luckily I buy all my stuff physical so the only thing I lost was some VC games and bank.

    Will do. If they can't transfer my ID I'll let you know. I'm not going to try until probably Black Friday but regardless I'll let you know. If they can't I'll make a new account and re subscribe to bank on my new system.

    Guess we play the waiting game now. I know they are saying it's a perma-ban but we will see. I'll keep trying to get them to transfer my ID but if not it's not that big of a deal. I'm not banned on Wii U and I buy all my games physical if I can. Worst case I'll make a new account for Bank lol

    My NNID isn't banned though lol. It doesn't bother me I'm banned I asked for it. Hell everyone that is banned did. And if I can't transfer my NNID oh well the switch comes out soon.

    So if we buy a Black Friday 3DS could we call Nintendo and they would move my NNID to it? I don't think my NNID is banned because I can access Wii U and miiverse still.

    So hypothetically speaking, I could buy one of the Black Friday 3DS's, call Nintendo and tell them my system was broke and tell them to I want to move my NNID to it and they will do it? I am assuming my NNID isn't banned because i can get on miiverse.com and Wii U.
