Well from what I've seen I need a homebrew launcher to properly install a CFW. I'm not sure if that's wrong though, should that be my first step?- Spadpad

So I want to get a homebrew launcher on my Old 3DS but from all of the methods and websites I've seen, there is no method compatible with the version I have right now. Homebrew Citra Roms Not Working
So I've downloaded the correct decrypted roms, but whenever I try to load the game, all I get is a black screen. Please help! If more info is needed, let me know. Here's what it looks like:- Spadpad

I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
