And one more thing, the software scans some large files, about 1mb and it didn't find anything, is that normal? I can totally understand if Sky can not help me, but I just very appreciate it if he can at least tell me "I'm busy at the moment so I can't help you", I'll gladly find other ways and/or someone else.
