Really low, like 15-20mb/s. For larger files or game dumps I just put them on an external to transfer them since ps5-Xplorer or elf-arsenal have really good rates, around 200-300mb/s

I suspect the problem is because coming from rest mode the USB drive need some seconds to get again ready. So the running game in the background can not access the files...
