    I can confirm I got my system back from Nintendo today and I got the same system back and all my saves are intact! Just FYI for anyone searching out an answer like I was.

    So what happened? I just got this error yesterday. The switch wont work without headphones plugged in. I called Nintendo support and got a shipping label. If you sent yours in, did you get the same one back?
