    I'd take region unlocking anyday over homebrews, so exploiting your 3DS in theory will ban you from eshop access or is it too early to speculate? And how far along is the progress going on this exploit?

    I know I'll get both the PS3 and the Vita versions, I just hope they bundle the vita versions together rather than 2 releases at $40 a pop. MGS HD collection was great on the Vita even on a single card I expect no less from square.

    It boils down to the content you're interested in. And are you looking at a pseudo gaming mobile phone or just android as a gaming platform in general? If the latter I would just stay clear of android and get a dedicated handheld like the 3DS or the vita. NVIDIA's shield has a good concept but...
